The new pharmacy opened in Rovaniemi, was lit with GA-Zenith luminaires. According to the pharmacist, Mikko Saarela, "the entire process was very easy and simple".

Mikko ordered the products according to the offer. The decision to order the spotlights was influenced by, among other things, the pharmacist's positively surprising price and the fact that they were made in Finland.

Skilux delivered the lamps exactly on schedule. Mikko, in his own words, “clicked the lamps onto the rails himself” and also took care of the alignment. Installing the spotlight on the lighting trac was quick and easy. The lighting fixtures can also be moved within the lighting trac or from one lighting trac to another if necessary.

Mikko's goal was to create a Lappish atmosphere in the pharmacy, which is why brown/tan furniture was chosen for the space. High-quality lighting highlights the furniture properly and creates a warm shopping atmosphere in the pharmacy. The spotlights highlight the products on the shelves and the color of the furniture in just the right way. The pharmacist is very pleased with the end result.

When asked for feedback on the music in the pharmacy, Mikko replies: “At least no one has complained – which in Finnish terms can be interpreted as a very positive thing”. The delivery and installation process of the music playback system also went smoothly. Mikko ordered the speakers, the streaming device and the Radiosparx music playback service from Skilux.

The pharmacist installed the speakers himself on the same lighting tracs as the spotlights. The installation is exactly the same as with the spotlights, i.e. here too the devices were clicked into their respective places on the rail. The offer includes instructions for placing the speakers so that the sound in the room is as even and comprehensive as possible. The speakers can also be conveniently moved along the rail or from one rail to another.

Everyone can choose their own music style from the thousands of songs and playlists available in the Radiosparx service. The Rovaniemi pharmacy has a music style that is pleasing to the pharmacist, and the atmosphere, including the background music, is exactly what Mikko had in mind.
